PgAdmin, a free software project released under the PostgreSQL license, is now available for download in source and binary format from the project's website. The software is available for 64-bit Windows 7 SP1 desktop or later, as well as macOS and Linux.
Features
PgAdmin is a graphical tool for managing and developing PostgreSQL databases. It includes a variety of features, such as:

Installation
